Article 6 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court in Latvian
Adopted on 17 July 1998 by the United Nations Diplomatic Conference of Plenipotentiaries
on the Establishment of an International Criminal Court in Rome on July 17, 1998.
Entry into force: July 1, 2003
Latvia signed the Rome Statute on April 22, 1999, and ratified the Treaty on June 28, 2002

6.pants: Genocids

So Statutu merkiem "genocids" nozime jebkuru darbibu, kas tiek izdarita noluka pilnigi vai daleji iznicinat kadu nacionalu, etnisku, rasu vai religisku grupu, ka:

(a) ðadas grupas loceklu nogalinaðana;

(b) nopietnu miesas bojajumu vai garigas traumas radiðana ðadas grupas locekliem;

(c) tiða tadu dzives apstaklu radiðana ðadai grupai, lai to pilnigi vai daleji fiziski iznicinatu;

(d) tadu lidzeklu izmantoðana, kuru merkis ir noverst bernu dzimðanu ðada grupa;

(e) bernu parvietoðana piespiedu karta no vienas grupas uz citu.
