 International Criminal Court

On July 1, 2002 the Rome Statue for the International Criminal Court shall enter into force. On April 11, 2002 ten nations ratified the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court making a total of 66 State Parties to the treaty. Article 128: Authentic texts The original of this Statute, of which the Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish texts are equally authentic, shall be deposited with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, who shall send certified copies thereof to all States.
